Tonight at dinner, Griffin saw a truck pull up in front of our house and wondered aloud who it was. Andrew said, “A guy in a t-shirt” to which Griffin replied, bewildered, “A dying teacher?!”

Hmmm. It’s very imaginative, clearly more so than I am. I don’t get it – Do you?
Oh, I see. Griffen heard aguyinna tshirt. as “a dying teacher”. You may want to have his ears checked… We waited and Adrian almost lost his hearing.
I failed to say that Adrian, now 30, was 3-4 yrs. old when he had hearing trouble.
We took him to Pennsylvania Hospital where he had an operation to put tubes in his ears. His hearing cleared up right away.
Anne, I somehow missed your comments last week. The doctor, fortunately, has no worries about Griffin’s hearing. This was just an aural miscue that cracked us all up, especially considering that we are teachers.
